Currently, Vnyashri delivers across India (Pan India).

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time, wherever you are located within India.

At the moment, international shipping is not available.

All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During this time, our team carefully:

• Performs quality checks
• Securely packages your products
• Prepares the shipment for dispatch

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via Email or WhatsApp, so you can follow your order’s journey.


Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as:

• Courier partner serviceability
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or operational delays

We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Charges

We strive to keep shipping simple and affordable.

Standard Shipping: Free or minimal charges depending on ongoing offers and order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations across India.

• A small COD handling fee may apply on COD orders.
• This fee helps cover logistics and verification costs.

Please note:

• COD orders may be verified via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• The COD handling fee is non-refundable if the order is returned due to refusal, non-availability, or incorrect address (RTO – Return to Origin).

Customers are requested to place COD orders only if they are confident about accepting the delivery.


Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders made through:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Wallet payments

are generally processed faster since they do not require additional verification.

For a quicker and smoother experience, we recommend using prepaid payment methods.


Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable service, we ship through trusted logistics providers such as:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Ekart
• Other reputed courier partners

The courier partner used may vary depending on location and service availability.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable or the delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery if possible.


Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:

• Full name
• Correct delivery address
• Landmark (if needed)
• PIN code
• Valid phone number

Vnyashri will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Address Change Request

Customers may request an address change within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
