Return & Exchange Policy

At Vnyashri, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience to our customers. Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.


Return Policy

At Vnyashri, we currently do not offer returns or monetary refunds on any products purchased through our website.

All orders placed on our website are final and non-refundable.

However, in certain situations such as size issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product delivery, we do provide an exchange facility subject to the conditions mentioned below.


Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange under the following circumstances:

• Size related issues
• Defective or damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.


How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange request:

  1. Scroll to the footer section of our website

  2. Click on “Exchange / Create Exchange Request”

  3. Enter your Order ID and required details

  4. Submit the request along with necessary proof (if applicable)

Once the request is submitted, our support team will review it and guide you through the next steps.


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To claim an exchange for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers must provide:

A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the parcel
Photos clearly showing the issue

The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Show the entire opening process clearly
• Be continuous without cuts or edits

Claims related to damaged or incorrect products may not be accepted without proper video proof.


Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Product should not have perfume smell, stains, or damage caused by usage
• Exchange request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

Products failing these conditions will not be approved for exchange.


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. Our team will review the request and provided proof

  2. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available

  3. The returned product will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse

  4. After successful verification, the replacement product will be dispatched

The exchange process generally takes 7–10 business days, depending on logistics and product availability.


Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping

If reverse pickup service is available in your area, our logistics partner will arrange the pickup.

If reverse pickup is not available for your PIN code, you may be required to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

Customers must share the courier tracking details with us via email.


Exchange Availability

If the requested size or product is not available, customers may choose one of the following options:

• Exchange for another available size
• Exchange for another product of equal value

Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.


Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Product has been used, worn, or washed
Tags or packaging are missing
• Exchange request raised after 5 days of delivery
• No unboxing video proof provided for damaged or wrong product claims
• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events


Color Variation Disclaimer

We try our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Device screen resolution
• Photography lighting
• Fabric dye processes

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Failed Pickup Attempts

Our courier partners usually make up to three pickup attempts.

If the pickup fails after three attempts due to customer unavailability, the exchange request may be automatically cancelled.


Liability Disclaimer

Vnyashri will not be responsible for:

• Incorrect products handed over to the courier during pickup
• Lost shipments during self-shipping by customers
• Delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners

Customers are advised to pack returned products carefully and securely.


Product Disclaimer

All products are crafted and handled through various processes. Minor variations in:

• Print placement
• Fabric texture
• Handcrafted details

are natural characteristics of the product and do not qualify as defects.
